2. Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship for Local Students

Provider: Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce

Amount: Up to $1,000

The Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce offers a scholarship to a deserving student in the local community enrolling in the following schools: Ohio State University-Newark, Ohio University-Lancaster/Pickerington, Columbus State, and/or Central Ohio Technical College.

3. The Carey Bavis American Legion Post 180 Scholarship

Provider: Georgetown Junior/Senior High School

Amount: Up to $1,000

The Carey Bavis American Legion Post 180 scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance to a graduating senior from Georgetown High School or Southern Hills Career and Technical Center.

4. The Dustin Huffman Memorial Scholarship

Provider: Dustin Huffman Memorial Foundation

Amount: Up to $1,000

The Dustin Huffman Memorial Scholarship awards a Salem High School (Ohio) graduating senior $1,000 toward their continuing education. Based on character, it is about honesty, integrity, kindness, and compassion.

5. Larry Studebaker Memorial/Miami SWCD Scholarship

Provider: The Miami Soil and Water Conservation District

Amount: Up to $750

The Miami Soil and Water Conservation District is offering two $750 scholarship awards to Miami County, Ohio residents who are majoring in Agriculture or Natural Resources. The scholarships are for the purpose of continuing higher education at a two or four year college or university.
