When you apply for a scholarship, the scholarship provider will request additional personal information from you as part of the application process. This may include, but is not limited to, ethnicity, date of birth, phone number, citizenship status, military status, career interests, religion, medical information, organization memberships, mailing address, school name, academic information such as grade point average and college entrance exam scores, involvement in work, school and community activities, personal essays, or video recordings. Actual types of information we collect vary depending on the scholarship or other award for which you are being considered.
